They will discuss the updates to the Assisted Living Regulations, the most common survey citations, and share tips on maintaining compliance. Additional topics relevant to the assisted living industry will also be addressed.

Part II: Navigating Labor Laws and Workplace Harassment: Tips for Employers

In the second segment, labor law experts Matt Reeber, a partner with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara, and Steve Loffredo, president of STELA Consulting, will explore the latest federal proposals regarding employee overtime rights and the new EEOC guidance on workplace harassment. The discussion will also cover labor unions' growing influence, strategies to manage union organizing activities, and guidance on dealing with workplace recruitment efforts.
