Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Positions available are full time, part time or per diem

Responsibilities: Administers quality, skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in the home and in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Director, Professional Services. Performs all functions in a professional and ethical manner and collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure the provision of quality patient care.
